We will request your help at the beginning of the selling process. This
help mostly consists of providing us with the information needed to
complete the Market Valuation and Offering Memorandum. Later, we will
ask you to meet with a very limited number of serious, pre-qualified
buyers for "pre-offer due diligence"; and to give consideration
to any offers brought by our team. We do everything else.
