Alpha Omega Capital Partners, LLC is pleased to announce the recent sale of two client companies, Autorent, Inc. and EarthCare Landscaping, Inc. Autorent was a 25 year old company based in Chester, VA. The company was well known in the community and operated 8 off-airport locations in central Virginia and Tidewater. Enterprise Rent A Car was the purchaser.

EarthCare was a 15 year old commercial landscaping company based in Glen Allen, VA. EarthCare was well known in central Virginia for providing quality work to commercial contractors and companies. This reputation was what attracted P & P Holdings, LLC, who was the purchaser.
