James L. Raper Jr. - Vice President

"Jim" brings a twenty five year career in manufacturing, systems implementation, information technology and most recently as President and COO of a highly regarded IT consultancy to Alpha Omega.

Jim applies his years of experience in food manufacturing and paper/package converting to provide meaningful leadership to clients in those areas of concentration. Using his diverse information technology experience, he raises the firm’s concentration and success when representing information technology companies. Jim capably fills the role of trusted advisor and consistently delivers practical industry experience and competent project management proficiency.

Jim earned Bachelor degrees from Virginia Tech in Business Administration and Finance; and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jim is a FINRA registered representative and securities principal with the following certifications: 7 - General Securities Representative, 79 - Investment Banking, 63 - Uniform State Law, 24 - General Securities Principal .
