The Situation

Financing Growth.

A physical fitness company with multiple locations developed plans to build a new facility, but none of the banks would finance it.  The new facility was going to be in a new part of the city that was experiencing rapid growth and development.  Its prospects for success appeared very high.  Unfortunately existing lenders and other lenders thought the company was overleveraged and everyone turned it down.
